Uploading Files

After placing an order, you will be asked to upload your files ready for printing. This can be done a number of ways, please read the options below and use the best method that suits you.

Please note we only accept artwork in JPEG or PDF format.
The artwork must also be 300dpi and include bleed

If you wish to send your artwork via email, please send it to .

NOTE: Some internet providers limit the size of emails, if you have a problem sending your file, please use one of the other options.

FTP

To upload files to our FTP server you will need a FTP application such as FileZilla. Download here for free.

FTP Connection details will be emailed to you on completion of your order.

Please make sure that the files or folders uploaded are prefixed with your order reference, e.g. 0108dgHSO_artwork.pdf.

Post

To post your artwork, please put the designs on a CD, with your order code and send it to the following address:
